128 GB DDR5 ECC registered DIMM kit in eight 16 GB modules at 6400 MHz CL52 1.1 V for Supermicro H14DSG-OD motherboards
This 128GB kit contains eight 16GB DDR5 6400 Registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Supermicro H14DSG-OD motherboard. It delivers 1Rx8 organisation at 1.10V with CL52 timing so the memory controller recognises every module at its rated speed. The registered architecture offloads the controller, allowing all slots to run fully populated without signal degradation. It is not suited for desktop boards that require unbuffered UDIMMs or for systems limited to lower DDR5 speeds.
Eight 16GB modules provide 128GB of error-correcting memory for virtualisation, database and compute workloads. Registered buffering keeps electrical loading low across all populated channels, while on-die ECC corrects single-bit errors before they reach the OS. Headroom ends when the platform's maximum supported capacity per channel is reached or when workloads demand speeds above 6400 MT/s. Buyers needing more than 128GB or faster data rates must consult the motherboard's qualified vendor list.
The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits only motherboards wired for registered DDR5 memory with matching population rules. The Supermicro H14DSG-OD must be configured with a compatible CPU and BIOS revision that supports 1Rx8 modules at 1.10V. No heat spreaders are included, so chassis airflow must handle the thermal load of eight fully populated slots. Systems requiring UDIMM, SODIMM or non-ECC memory cannot use this kit.
