64 GB kit of four 16 GB DDR5 6400 CL52 1.1 V ECC registered RDIMMs validated for the Supermicro H14SHM motherboard
This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR5 Registered DIMMs built for the Supermicro H14SHM motherboard. Each module runs at 6400 MT/s with a CL52 latency at 1.1V. The Registered ECC design matches the board's 288-pin RDIMM slots and population rules. It is not for systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMM form factors.
The Registered architecture buffers address and command signals so the memory controller stays stable when all four slots are populated at the rated 6400 speed. ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing silent data corruption during long compute runs. The 1.1V operation keeps power draw consistent under continuous load. This kit is not for platforms that cannot enable Registered ECC modes in firmware.
The 1Rx8 organization and 1.1V JEDEC voltage are the critical specifications your server's memory controller expects for full-capacity recognition at DDR5-6400. If your board's qualified vendor list calls for a different rank structure or voltage, the modules will not train at the rated speed. Always verify the exact rank and voltage requirements in your system manual before ordering.

Each module operates at 1.10 V, the standard DDR5 voltage, so total power scales with the four 16 GB sticks installed.
The board needs four DDR5 288-pin RDIMM slots that support registered ECC memory at 6400 MT/s.
Mixing 1Rx8 and 2Rx8 registered DIMMs is not recommended; the memory controller expects identical rank architecture per channel for stable operation.
