A 1TB kit of 16 DDR5 RDIMMs running at 5600MHz with ECC and registered buffering for the Supermicro H13SSF motherboard
This 1 TB kit contains sixteen 64 GB DDR5-5600 registered ECC modules built to the PC5-44800 standard. Each DIMM runs at 1.1 V with CL46 timing and a 2Rx4 organisation. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor matches the memory controller requirements of the Supermicro H13SSF motherboard so the full capacity is recognised at rated speed.
Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller when all sixteen slots are populated, allowing stable operation at the full 5600 MT/s data rate under continuous server workloads. On-die ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors in real time, preventing silent data corruption that could otherwise trigger unplanned reboots during long-running compute or database tasks.
The modules are keyed for 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots only; they will not fit UDIMM or SODIMM sockets. Before installation, consult the Supermicro H13SSF manual for the approved DIMM population sequence and maximum supported capacity per channel. A frequent issue occurs when DIMMs are inserted in the wrong slot order or when the BIOS is not updated to the version that validates the full 1 TB configuration.

Each module operates at 1.1V, the standard DDR5 voltage, so total draw depends on your motherboard's power delivery across all 16 populated slots.
The board needs 16 free 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots and a BIOS that supports 2Rx4 registered ECC modules at the full 1TB capacity.
Mixing ranks or capacities can break the memory controller's population rules; the manual should be checked for approved configurations before adding these 64GB sticks.
