Registered ECC RDIMM at CL40

Each module is a 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM with on-die ECC and a CAS latency of 40. The registered buffer and 1Rx4 organisation are required by the target SuperMicro motherboards, so the kit will not work in consumer boards or unbuffered slots.
