NeoBorder 157in PVC Cord Cover

The NeoBorder cord cover is a 157-inch white polyvinyl chloride channel that mounts with self-adhesive backing or the supplied expansion bolts. It suits renters and homeowners who want exposed wires hidden along walls without drilling into plasterboard.

Included connectors and corners

The kit provides nine straight connectors, four L-shaped pieces, one internal and one external corner, plus two three-way T-connectors. These parts let the channel follow corners, branch cables and span long runs without buying extra accessories.

Mounting on smooth or hard surfaces

Strong adhesive tape fixes the channel to smooth painted walls in seconds, while concrete or brick installations use the included expansion bolts. The adhesive will not hold on textured surfaces, so installers must check wall finish before relying on the tape alone.

Questions about this item

Will the self-adhesive backing on the PVC cord cover need replacing over time?

The cover uses a strong adhesive for one-touch installation on smooth walls; adhesive tape is not suitable for textured surfaces, and expansion bolts are included for concrete or brick mounting.

How many cables can fit inside the 0.95-inch wide channel before it becomes crowded?

The channel measures 15.75 inches long, 0.95 inches wide and 0.1 inches high, accommodating multiple low-voltage cords such as TV and lamp wires in a single run.

Does the PVC material soften or emit odour when the covered cables run warm all day?

High-quality polyvinyl chloride construction resists heat from typical low-voltage cables, protects wires from dust and ageing, and remains safe for daily use around children and pets.
