Industrial Sorbent Roll

The PIG MAT185 is a universal polypropylene sorbent roll designed for facility maintenance and spill response. It absorbs oils, coolants, solvents and water across a 24 inch by 200 foot continuous length. The gray construction masks grime while the eight-layer build delivers high durability for heavy foot traffic and equipment zones.

Upgrade From Loose Pads

This roll replaces stacks of individual pads by providing a single perforated sheet that tears to a 10 by 12 inch size on demand. The jump is worth it when crews need faster deployment across large floor areas or custom shapes around machinery bases. It eliminates the time spent counting and distributing separate pieces during an active leak.

33 Gallon Capacity

The roll holds 33 gallons of liquid per package, offering substantial headroom for sustained drips or sudden releases. It comfortably handles daily seepage under hydraulic lines and bulk coolant top-offs. Saturation occurs once the total absorbed volume reaches the rated limit, requiring full roll replacement to restore protection.

Questions about this item

Will the 24-inch wide roll fit my standard spill-containment pallet?

The roll measures 24 inches wide by 200 feet long, so it covers a standard 24-inch pallet deck with 200 linear feet of material.

How do I tear off the right amount from the perforated roll?

Each sheet is perforated at 10 by 12 inches; fold sharply along the perforation before pulling to avoid ragged edges.

When should I replace a saturated section of this universal sorbent?

Replace a section once it has absorbed its share of the 33-gallon total capacity and no longer wicks liquid.
