New Pig MAT234 Absorbent Roll 23 gal 33 in x 150 ft Gray

Universal Absorbent Roll

The New Pig MAT234 is a universal sorbent roll designed to handle oils, coolants, solvents and water in industrial settings. Its gray colour masks grime while the eight-layer construction provides durability for heavy foot and vehicle traffic. The roll measures 33 inches wide by 150 feet long and absorbs up to 23 gallons per package. It suits maintenance teams who need a single product for multiple fluid types.

Build Integration

The roll lays flat on floors, workbenches or inside drip pans without adhesives or fasteners. Because it is not perforated, users tear custom lengths to fit irregular spaces or large surface areas. The polyester and polypropylene blend conforms to uneven surfaces and stays in place under wheeled equipment. It eliminates the need to stock separate pads for oil-only and water-based spills.

Thermal Noise Power

The inert synthetic fibres generate no heat, noise or electrical draw during use. The material does not degrade under normal ambient temperatures found in workshops or warehouses. Disposal follows local regulations for the absorbed liquids rather than the roll itself. No power source or ventilation is required for deployment.
