Absorbent Mat Pad for Universal Spills

This New Pig MAT251 pad absorbs oils, coolants, solvents and water. The gray polypropylene construction handles universal fluids in industrial and automotive settings. Each perforated sheet tears at a 5 in x 13 in interval so you use only what the job needs.

Replaces Loose Absorbents and Rolls

The pad format eliminates the dust and tracking common with granular products. It also removes the waste of cutting oversized rolls for small drips. The jump is worth it when you need fast, measured response at each leak point.

Sustained Load Performance

Eight bonded layers keep the pad intact when fully saturated. The material does not delaminate under foot traffic or equipment wheels. A package of 100 pads holds 10 gal total, delivering consistent uptake across the entire supply.

Questions about this item

What are the pad dimensions and perforation size for fitting into spill areas?

Each pad measures 10 in by 13 in with a 5 in by 13 in perforation so you can tear off half-pads for smaller footprints.

How do I install the pads and what is the common mistake?

Lay pads directly on the liquid with the perforated side up; the mistake is stacking dry pads on top of wet ones instead of replacing saturated pads promptly.

When should I replace a pad and how many come in a package?

Replace a pad once it reaches its 12 13/16 oz absorption limit; the pack contains 100 pads totalling 10 gal capacity.
