High-Pressure Propane Burner Kit

The NewAir BFB052 kit provides a cast-iron burner head rated for 20 PSI propane systems. It includes a 4.1 ft hose with an adjustable 0-20 PSI regulator, a brass fitting and an air shutter assembly. This kit is built for outdoor cooking tasks that require high-pressure fuel delivery. It is not for low-pressure appliances or indoor use.

Straightforward High-Pressure Hookup

Connect the regulator to a standard QCC propane tank and thread the 1/8"-27 NPT outlet to the burner head. The tapered cast-iron head dissipates heat well but becomes extremely hot during operation. Keep children and pets clear of the assembly. Do not attempt to use this kit on low-pressure equipment as damage will occur.

Steady Output for Extended Cooking

The adjustable regulator maintains consistent pressure up to 20 PSI throughout long cooking sessions. Cast-iron construction holds heat evenly across the 5.6 inch diameter head without rapid cycling. The 12 inch length and 2.48 inch height provide a stable base for pots. The 1.95 kg weight keeps the burner planted on uneven ground.

What components are included and what must I supply separately?
