Newborn BG-45 Nozzle System

The Newborn BG-45 is a caulk gun nozzle system designed for professionals in automotive, construction, glazing, roofing and waterproofing. It fits bulk and sausage-style applicators and includes a ball joint plus three cone nozzles. The black and yellow plastic components are built for regular site use.

Three Cone Nozzles And Ball Joint

Three cone nozzles provide options for bead size while the ball joint allows the tip to swivel for smoother application around corners. The system handles standard sealant viscosities found in the listed trades. Very high-volume or specialty cartridges may exceed the practical feed rate of the included tips.

Sausage And Bulk Gun Compatibility

This nozzle system connects to sausage packs and bulk guns rather than standard cartridges. The interface relies on the gun’s own thread and pressure mechanism. Compatibility with proprietary or oversized gun bodies is not guaranteed without checking the specific gun model.

Questions about this item

Will the BG-45 nozzle system fit the sausage gun I already own?

It is designed for use with bulk and sausage guns, so it should attach to standard models you may already have.

How can I confirm the ball joint is seated correctly after assembly?

The ball joint should pivot smoothly without binding; a secure fit lets the nozzle angle freely during application.

Does the package include only the three cone nozzles and ball joint, or are extra tips supplied?

The box contains the ball joint and three cone nozzles; no additional tips or accessories are included.
