Product identity

The Newborn P-83-5-29 push disk is a steel mixing accessory designed for two-component epoxy cartridges. It serves professional users who apply structural adhesives in automotive, marine or industrial assembly work.

Build integration

The disk snaps onto compatible 300 mL and 450 mL cartridges, replacing the standard static mixer when a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio is required. Its steel construction resists solvent exposure and allows repeated cleaning between jobs.

Sustained use behaviour

Under continuous dispensing the disk maintains consistent mix quality without the pressure drop seen in disposable elements. The snap connection stays secure during extended trigger pulls, reducing cartridge waste on long seams.
