It also fits Ducane models 30400041 and 30400042, plus Kirkland model 720-0230. Buyers with other grill brands or unlisted model numbers cannot use this part.

Interface Limits

The gasket seals the joint where the valve meets the manifold on the listed LP gas grills. It is not a universal seal and will not fit natural-gas conversions, side burners, or regulator connections outside the specified valve-to-manifold junction. Installers must verify the exact model number before ordering.

Installation Notes

Replacement requires disconnecting the gas supply, removing the valve assembly, and seating the new gasket flat against both mating surfaces. Common issues include reusing old fastener torque, misaligning the gasket during reassembly, and failing to leak-test with soapy water before lighting the grill.
