100-Count Kraft Parchment Sheets

This pack supplies 100 pre-cut sheets measuring 12 in by 12 in. The unbleached kraft paper is food-grade and acid-free, making it suitable for home cooks, delis and food-service operations that need a reliable liner or wrapper. Each sheet is 0.7 in thick when stacked and the total pack weighs 0.34 kg.

Greaseproof and Water-Resistant Surface

The paper resists oil and moisture so fried foods such as french fries or chicken do not soak through. It traps heat and moisture to keep wrapped items warm during transport or service. The material is rated safe for oven, microwave and air-fryer use up to 446.

Consistent Performance Across Multiple Uses

Sheets maintain their integrity when lining baskets, trays or cones for repeated service periods. They do not tear easily when lifting hot food and the grease barrier remains effective throughout extended holding times. The bulk count supports high-volume preparation without frequent restocking.

Questions about this item

How do I use the 12x12 inch sheets in an air fryer basket?

Place a single sheet flat in the basket before adding food; the pre-cut size fits many standard baskets without trimming.

Will the greaseproof coating wear off if I reuse a sheet?

Each sheet is intended for single use; the coating is not designed to survive washing or repeated heating cycles.

At what temperature does the paper start to brown in the oven?

The supplier rates the paper safe up to 446 degrees Fahrenheit; above that it may darken or char.
