What the product is

The NGS Cross Rally Graphite are wired stereo earphones that connect through a 3.5 mm jack. They include an inline microphone and a multifunction button for handling calls and voice assistants.

Installation and common issues

Plug the 3.5 mm connector into the audio port and the earphones work immediately with no drivers. The 1.2 m cable reaches a pocket or desk easily, though the plastic build can feel light and the wire may tangle if not stored carefully.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

They suit anyone who wants a simple wired headset for calls, music and voice-assistant commands on devices that still have a 3.5 mm socket. Buyers who need wireless freedom, active noise cancellation or a USB-C connection will not find those features here.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the multifunction button works correctly after plugging in the 3.5mm jack?

Press the button once — music should pause or resume, and a long press should activate Siri or Google Assistant on the connected device.

What comes in the box and is a 3.5mm adapter needed for newer phones?

The package contains the Cross Rally Graphite earphones with a fixed 1.2 m cable ending in a 3.5 mm jack; no adapter is included, so buy one separately if your phone lacks a headphone socket.

Which version should I choose if I only see the Graphite model listed?

Only the Graphite colour variant is offered, with stereo sound, a built-in microphone and the multifunction button — there are no other capacities or feature tiers to select.
