Potable-water vent elbow

The NIBCO 705D-LF is a 90-degree vent elbow cast from low-lead bronze for potable-water systems. It connects two 1-inch copper tubes using cup-to-cup sweat joints on both ends. The fitting meets ASME B 16.18, NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 standards for safe drinking-water use.

Pressure and temperature headroom

Rated to 395 psi maximum operating pressure and 200 degrees F maximum operating temperature, the elbow handles typical residential and light-commercial hot and cold water lines with margin. It is not suited for steam service or systems that exceed either limit.

Bronze body and sweat connections
