Lighting for selfies and calls

The NiceVeedi NV-22WP is a portable edge-lit panel designed for phone, tablet, laptop or monitor mounting. It suits creators, remote workers and anyone needing a compact fill light for video calls, vlogs or makeup application. The 1/4-inch screw clip fits devices up to 1.34 inches thick and grips curved backs without slipping. Buyers who need a larger key light or mains-powered studio unit should look elsewhere.

Thermals and power in use

The light runs on an internal 1000 mAh battery rated for 2.5 hours of operation at typical output. A 4 W draw keeps the panel cool during extended sessions and the edge-lit design spreads heat across the frame rather than concentrating it behind the diffusion panel. No fan is fitted, so the unit is completely silent. Recharging is handled via the USB-C port using any standard USB power source.

What the accessories change

The clip’s flexible tongue and silicone pads let you attach the panel to curved monitors or thick laptop lids without extra adapters. A standard 1/4-inch thread on the clip also allows mounting on mini tripods or boom arms if you prefer a desk stand. The physical button on the panel cycles through ten brightness steps and three colour temperatures (2700 K, 6500 K and a neutral midpoint) without any app or remote.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the clip to a curved monitor without it slipping?

The clip connects to the panel via a standard 1/4" screw and uses a flexible tongue that conforms to curved backs; soft silicone pads inside the 1.34-inch opening grip phones, tablets, laptops or monitors without scratching.

What battery runtime should I expect before I need to recharge?

The built-in 1000mAh cell is rated for 2.5 hours of continuous use; recharge it through the USB-C port when the level drops.

At full brightness how long can I run the light before the battery or heat becomes the limiting factor?

Maximum output draws 4W and the 1000mAh battery reaches its 2.5-hour MTBF limit first; after that the light must be recharged before further sustained use.
