30-litre training backpack for daily sport

The Nike Brasilia 9.5 backpack offers 30 litres of capacity in a unisex design built for adults who need one bag for training kit, work essentials and travel. Dense polyester fabric resists everyday abrasion and the construction uses at least 50 percent recycled polyester fibres. A front zippered pocket keeps damp or used gear separate from clean items.

Simple carry set-up with one separation trap

Adjustable padded shoulder straps are pulled tight once and then stay in place for the session. The only common mistake is forgetting to use the front zippered pocket for wet kit, which lets moisture reach the main compartment. No frame or hip belt is included so the load sits on the shoulders alone.

Capacity and fabric set the practical limits

Thirty litres holds a change of clothes, shoes and a small towel but not bulky winter layers or a full-size helmet. Polyester repels light rain yet is not a dry-bag membrane so prolonged downpours will seep through seams and zippers. The single main opening limits organisation for users who want many small compartments.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 30L capacity is usable after I pack it?

Fill the main compartment and the front zippered pocket; if the densely woven polyester walls hold shape and the padded shoulder straps stay comfortable, the 30L volume is performing as designed.

What ships with the DM3975 and what must I add?

The backpack arrives complete with padded adjustable shoulder straps and a front zippered pocket for used gear; no extra components are required for normal use.

Which capacity version of the Brasilia 9.5 should I choose?

This model is the 30L Extra Large version; if you need less volume, look for the smaller Brasilia sizes, but this SKU only comes in 30 liters.
