Ultra-Wide Zoom for DX Cameras

The AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED covers an ultra-wide to wide-angle range equivalent to 15-36mm on DX-format bodies. It suits photographers who need expansive perspectives for landscapes, cityscapes, interiors, and architecture. The bundle adds a 64GB memory card, filter kit, sling backpack, flexible tripod, card reader, software, cleaning kit, and cap keeper for a complete starter kit.

Optical Range and Corrections

Three aspherical and two extra-low dispersion elements control aberrations and distortion across the 10-24mm zoom range. Super Integrated Coating reduces flare and ghosting for better contrast in backlit scenes. The variable f/3.5-4.5 aperture provides limited low-light capability and shallow depth-of-field control compared to faster constant-aperture zooms.

Silent Wave Motor and Handling

A Silent Wave Motor delivers fast, near-silent autofocus with full-time manual override for both stills and video. The lens accepts 77mm filters and includes a bayonet hood and soft case. Buyers needing a wider maximum aperture for astrophotography or event work, or those requiring a longer telephoto reach, should consider different focal lengths.
