Enthusiast DX-format DSLR with 4K video

The Nikon D7500 is a DX-format DSLR built around a 20.9MP CMOS sensor and EXPEED 5 processor. It targets photographers and videographers who want top-tier image quality and speed in a rugged, comfortable body. The kit includes an 18-55mm VR lens and a 64GB pro video accessory pack.

Step up from entry-level DX bodies

This camera replaces simpler DX models that lack 4K UHD recording, the 51-point Multi-CAM 3500FX II autofocus system with 15 cross-type points, and an 8 fps continuous rate for up to 100 JPEGs. The jump is worth it when you need native ISO 51,200 expandable to 1,640,000, a 3.2-inch 922K-dot tilting touchscreen, and pro-grade creative tools for both stills and time-lapse video.

Sustained 8 fps bursts with deep buffer

Under continuous shooting the D7500 maintains 8 fps for up to 100 consecutive JPEGs without slowing, while the 51-point AF system keeps tracking subjects across the frame. The EXPEED 5 processor handles 4K UHD video and time-lapse recording without overheating during extended sessions, and the energy-efficient design supports long shooting days on a single charge.
