Creators wanting a simple 4K video camera

This bundle suits vloggers, streamers and content creators who need a lightweight body with a front-facing flip screen and reliable 209-point hybrid autofocus. The included 128 GB card provides immediate storage for getting started. Buyers who need a built-in electronic viewfinder, in-body image stabilisation or dual card slots should look at a different model.

209-point hybrid autofocus system

The camera uses a 209-point Hybrid Autofocus system that combines phase-detection and contrast-detection for subject tracking. This specification determines how well the camera keeps moving subjects sharp during video recording. If your work demands a higher density of focus points or a different AF architecture, this body will not match those requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the bundle include a lens or only the camera body and memory card?

The bundle contains the Nikon Z 30 body in black and a Sandisk Ultra 128 GB SDXC UHS-I card. No lens is included, so a compatible NIKKOR Z lens must be purchased separately.

Is the 128 GB card fast enough for 4K 30 fps and 1080p 120 fps recording?

Yes. The Sandisk Ultra 128 GB SDXC UHS-I card provides sufficient write speed for the camera's 4K UHD at 30 fps and Full HD 1080p at 120 fps video modes.

How does the 209-point Hybrid AF perform when tracking a moving subject during 4K recording?

The 209-point Hybrid Autofocus combines phase-detection and contrast-detection to maintain precise subject tracking while capturing 4K UHD video at 30 frames per second.
