Five-colour pack with twin black cartridges

This pack contains five aftermarket ink cartridges built to replace Epson 124 and 1241-1244 series consumables. The set includes two black cartridges plus one each of cyan, magenta and yellow, giving a full colour set plus a spare black for heavier text printing. All cartridges are new and carry a two-year shelf life.

Suits owners of listed Epson Stylus

The cartridges fit Epson Stylus NX125, NX127, NX130, NX230, NX330, NX420 and NX430 plus WorkForce 320, 323, 325 and 435 printers. Buyers with other Epson models or with printers that require individual high-capacity tanks should look elsewhere because this pack only covers the standard-capacity 124 series.

Standard-capacity ink volume

Each cartridge in the pack is filled to the standard ink volume specified for the 124 series. Users who print large volumes and need high-yield cartridges will not get the page count they require from this set.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to replace the two black cartridges in this 5-pack compared to the single colour ones?

The pack contains two black and one each of cyan, magenta and yellow, so black will run out first if you print mostly text and will need replacing about twice as often as the colour cartridges.

What page-yield limit determines when a cartridge in this set stops printing?

Each cartridge is filled to the standard Epson 124 / 1241-1244 ink volume, so the printer’s internal page counter for that model series is the limit that triggers replacement.

Will the printer run hotter or draw more power when using these compatible cartridges all day?

The cartridges are passive ink tanks with no electronics that affect the printer’s thermal or power profile, so sustained printing behaves the same as with original Epson 124 cartridges.
