High-Yield Cyan Replacement Cartridge

This high-yield cyan cartridge replaces the Epson 312XL T312XL220 for Expression Photo XP-8600 and XP-8500 printers. It is a new aftermarket unit supplied as a single pack with a two-year shelf life. The cartridge is manufactured to meet or exceed OEM requirements without voiding the printer warranty.

Home photo printers and small offices

Suits owners of the listed Expression Photo models who want a high-yield cyan refill at a lower cost than the original brand. Not for users of other Epson ranges or printers that require standard-capacity 312 cartridges, and not for anyone needing magenta, yellow or black in the same order.

High-yield page capacity

The decisive factor is the high-yield toner volume, which delivers significantly more prints per cartridge than the standard 312 version. Buyers who print only occasional pages may not use the full capacity before the two-year shelf life expires.

Questions about this item

How many pages can the high-yield cyan cartridge print in my XP-8600?

The cartridge is rated as high yield, which means it contains more ink than the standard 312 cartridge, so you get noticeably more prints per pack in the XP-8600 and XP-8500.

Does the cartridge use the same chip interface as the genuine Epson 312XL so the printer recognises it?

Yes, it is built to match the Epson 312XL T312XL220 specification, so the XP-8600 and XP-8500 read the chip and report ink levels normally.

Will the single cyan cartridge fit the same slot as the original Epson 312XL in my XP-8500?

The cartridge dimensions follow the Epson 312XL form factor, so it slides straight into the cyan slot of the XP-8500 and XP-8600 without any adapter.
