Ninestar Technology TJ987 Black Drum Unit 30000 Pages

Compatible Drum Unit for Dell 1720

This new drum unit replaces the Dell OEM 310-8710 and fits the Dell 1720 and 1720dn printers. It is an aftermarket cartridge manufactured to meet or exceed the original specifications. The unit ships as a single black cartridge with a two-year shelf life. It is intended for offices that need a reliable replacement without using the original brand.

Rated Yield and Environmental Limits

The drum is rated for approximately 30000 pages of standard-yield printing. It operates reliably between 10 and 30 degrees Celsius and at 20 to 80 percent humidity. Storage is safe from -20 to 40 degrees Celsius under the same humidity range. Performance may decline if the printer runs continuously outside these temperature or humidity boundaries.

Mechanical and Warranty Constraints

The cartridge installs directly into the Dell 1720 series without adapters or firmware changes. Using this compatible unit does not void the printer manufacturer's warranty. It is not suited for printers outside the listed Dell models or for users who require a multi-pack or colour drum. Buyers needing higher page volumes should consider a separate toner supply.
