The grinder includes four plates and three sausage tubes, while the shredder supplies three drum blades for 5 mm slicing, 6 mm coarse shredding and 3 mm fine shredding. Continuous heavy loads such as large batches of frozen meat may exceed the hub’s sustained capacity.

Fitting and common issues

Installation is a simple twist-lock onto the hub; no tools are required and the set weighs 2.009 kg. The aluminium grinder parts are not dishwasher safe and must be hand washed to avoid corrosion.
