Nippon Labs 100 ft Hybrid AOC

The Nippon Labs 30HM210HM-PAOC4K-100 is a 100 ft Hybrid Active Optical HDMI cable built for installers who need reliable 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 transmission over distances that copper cannot reach. Directional connectors marked Source and Display prevent wiring errors in permanent runs. Plenum CMP rating allows legal routing through air-handling spaces above suspended ceilings or below raised floors. Gold-plated Type A male ends resist corrosion in long-term installations.

Plenum-rated fibre construction

The 4.5 mm outside diameter combines optical fibre with copper conductors (30 AWG pairs, 28 AWG, 26 AWG, 24 AWG) inside a CMP-rated jacket that meets fire-safety codes for plenum spaces. Fibre optics eliminate electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference without external shielding bulk. HDMI 2.0 bandwidth of 18 Gbps carries HDR, EDID, HDCP 2.2, 3D, CEC and ARC signals plus multi-channel audio including Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio. UL listing confirms component compliance.

Steady long-haul signal integrity

Active optical conversion maintains full 18 Gbps throughput across the entire 100 ft length without the signal decay seen in passive copper at this distance. The unidirectional design means the Source end must connect to the player, PC or switch while the Display end connects to the screen; reversing the cable will not pass video. Installers who need bi-directional flexibility or runs beyond 100 ft should specify a different topology.
