Long-distance 4K HDMI link

This 45 ft active optical cable carries 4K 60 Hz video at 18 Gbps over fibre, so signal integrity holds where copper fails. It is built for installers, studios and home-cinema owners who need a single reliable run between source and display without repeaters.

Directional plug-and-play

Connectors are marked source and display; the link works one way only, so reversing them gives no picture. No external power supply is needed, but the thin 4.7 mm fibre jacket must not be kinked or crushed during the pull.

18 Gbps ceiling at 45 ft

The cable handles 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4, HDR, HDCP 2.2 and ARC up to the full 18 Gbps bandwidth. Beyond 75 Hz YCbCr 4:4:4 or any 8K format the link runs out of headroom, and longer distances than 45 ft are not supported by this model.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 45ft AOC cable is delivering a 4K 60Hz signal after connecting it?

Check your source and display settings to verify 2160p at 60Hz output with 4:4:4 chroma; the directional connectors marked source and display must be oriented correctly for the active optical link to function.

What accessories are included with the Nippon Labs 60HDMI-AOC-4K-45 and what must I purchase separately?

The box contains the 45ft fiber optic HDMI cable with gold-plated male-to-male connectors; no external power supply is required, so nothing extra is needed for standard installation.

Which length should I choose among the available versions of this active optical HDMI cable?

Select the 45ft version when your source-to-display run requires that exact distance; the AOC design maintains 18Gbps bandwidth up to 75Hz at this length without signal loss.
