Nitecore TM9K Pro 9900 Lumen USB-C Flashlight

Tactical flashlight for search and rescue

The Nitecore TM9K Pro is a tactical flashlight built for search-and-rescue teams and patrol officers who need extreme throw in a handheld form. Three NiteLab UHi 40 MAX LEDs push output to 9900 lumens with a 557-yard beam distance. Dual-stage tail buttons give instant access to momentary and constant modes. A proximity sensor automatically lowers brightness to prevent overheating and blinding reflections.

9900-lumen peak output decides suitability

The single specification that determines whether this is the right tool is the 9900-lumen maximum output combined with 557-yard throw. That level of intensity serves long-range identification and wide-area illumination, not close-quarters tasks where a lower-lumen light would be more practical. Buyers who need a compact everyday-carry light for reading maps or walking a dog should look elsewhere.

Thermals and runtime on built-in battery

A 5000mAh battery delivers up to 65 hours of continuous use on the lowest setting and recharges fully in just over three hours via 18W USB-C QC fast charging. The proximity sensor manages thermals by reducing output when the bezel nears an object, while the IP68 rating and one-meter impact resistance ensure the electronics stay protected during extended operation in rain or rough handling.
