What the S40 earbuds deliver

The No Sew S40 are true-wireless in-ear headphones built around Bluetooth 5.4 for stable audio streaming. They target commuters, gym-goers and office workers who want a compact, cable-free listening option with long total runtime. The package includes a portable charging case, USB-C cable and user manual so everything needed to start is in the box.

Build, controls and daily convenience

A dual digital LED display on the case shows remaining power for both the case and each earbud, removing guesswork before you leave home. Touch panels on either bud handle playback, volume, calls and voice-assistant activation without reaching for a phone. IPX7-rated nano-coating shields the buds from heavy sweat and rain during runs or outdoor workouts. The hall-switch mechanism pairs automatically the moment the case is opened after the first connection.

Battery life, heat and power draw

Each earbud carries a battery rated for 7 hours of continuous play, while the 400 mAh case stores enough energy for roughly four full recharges, yielding up to 48 hours of combined listening. A full case recharge takes about 1 hour over USB-C. The low-power Bluetooth 5.4 link and modest 14.2 mm drivers keep the buds cool during extended sessions, and no active noise-cancelling circuitry means there is no extra drain or audible hiss.
