480 Mbps USB 2.0 data and 2.4 A charging limit

The cable is rated for USB 2.0 Hi-Speed transfer at 480 Mbps and can deliver up to 2.4 A at 12 W from the USB-C end to the Micro-USB end. It does not support USB 3.0 speeds or Power Delivery negotiation, so it will not fast-charge modern laptops or transfer at higher rates.

Plug in and use, but mind the direction

Both ends are male connectors; the USB-C side goes into the host and the Micro-USB side into the device. Charging only flows from the USB-C host to the Micro-USB device, so the cable cannot charge a USB-C phone from a Micro-USB charger. It also does not fit Micro-USB 3.0 ports or work with DJI controllers.
