What this charger delivers

The Novobit A2379 is a 20W USB-C power delivery wall charger supplied with a 6 ft USB-C to USB-C cable. It is built for owners of recent iPhone and iPad models who want a single compact brick and a long cable for home, office or travel use.

The spec that decides fit

The charger provides a maximum 20W output via USB Power Delivery 3.0 and the included cable carries an MFi chip for full iOS compatibility. If your device charges at 20W or less over USB-C PD, this kit will fast-charge it; devices that require higher wattage will not reach their peak speed.

Who should buy and who should not

It suits iPhone 15, 16 and 17 series users plus iPad Pro 11-inch and 12.9-inch models from 2018 and 2020 who need a safe, certified 20W charger with a generous cable length. Buyers who need more than 20W for larger laptops or multi-device charging should look at a higher-power solution.

Questions about this item

What does the 20W output mean for an iPhone 15 or iPad Pro in daily use?

The 20W USB-C port can charge a compatible iPhone up to about 50% in 30 minutes and delivers full-speed power to iPad Pro 12.9-inch models from 2018 and 2020.

Which charging standard does the USB-C port use and what limits its speed?

It uses USB Power Delivery 3.0 with a 3A maximum current, so the 20W ceiling is reached only when the connected device requests that voltage and current combination.

What physical space and cable length are needed to use this charger?

The wall plug fits a standard AC outlet and the included USB-C to USB-C cable is 6 feet long, giving plenty of reach for bedside, desk or travel use.
