NShi 1280 x 720 LCD business projector

This NShi LCD business projector delivers a native 1280 x 720 resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It offers a brightness range of 1000 to 1499 lumens for clear images in various lighting conditions. The unit includes a built-in speaker and comes with a remote control for convenient operation. It is designed for table mounting and home theater usage.

ANSI brightness 50 to 99 lumens practical limit

The ANSI brightness rating sits between 50 and 99 lumens, which is significantly lower than the stated image brightness range. This means the perceived image will be much dimmer in practice, limiting effective use to darkened rooms. Ambient light will wash out the picture, making it unsuitable for bright office meetings or daytime outdoor viewing. Buyers needing a visible image in lit environments should look elsewhere.

US plug 110V to 130V table mount operation

The projector operates on a 110V to 130V power supply with a US plug type and has no internal battery. It requires a constant mains connection, restricting placement to areas near a compatible outlet. Table mounting provides a stable setup for indoor use but offers no ceiling or tripod flexibility. Connectivity options are listed as other, so specific port types are not confirmed.

Questions about this item

Which brightness range should I choose for a dim room versus a lit office?

The projector delivers 1000 to 1499 lumens; at the lower end it suits darkened rooms, while the higher end handles moderate ambient light.

What does the native 1280 x 720 resolution mean for everyday viewing?

It produces a 720p image with a 16:9 aspect ratio, so standard HD video and presentation slides appear sharp at typical viewing distances.

What does the ANSI brightness of 50 to 99 lumens cap in practice?

The ANSI rating of 50 to 99 lumens reflects measured white-light output, so expect a visibly dimmer picture than the marketed 1000 to 1499 lumen figure.
