Eight-Fan Cooling for 13 to 17.3-Inch Laptops

The NShi cooling pad uses eight 70 mm fans moving 79 CFM of airflow at under 26 dB to pull heat away from gaming laptops between 13 and 17.3 inches. It targets thermal throttling so the processor and graphics card can hold higher clock speeds during extended sessions. The slide-lock bracket and rubber grips secure the device on a 15.8 by 11.8 inch metal plate.

Airflow Capacity and Practical Limits

At 3000 RPM the eight fans deliver 79 CFM across the hexagon-patterned plate, which is enough for most mid-range and high-end laptops under sustained load. The single USB-A connection powers the whole unit without an external adapter, so total draw stays within a standard port budget. Very thick chassis or rear-exhaust designs may not align perfectly with the fan array, reducing effectiveness.

Build, Connectivity and Daily Use

The stand adjusts through seven angles from 9 to 23 degrees and folds to a 1.02 inch profile weighing 2.2 pounds for backpack carry. A braided USB-A cable feeds the cooler and passes through a second USB-A port for a mouse or flash drive. Ten RGB effects with speed dials let you match the lighting to the rest of the setup without software.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.8 by 11.8 inch metal plate and slide-lock bracket hold my 17.3 inch laptop securely?

Yes, the hexagon metal plate measures 15.8 by 11.8 inches and the slide-lock bracket secures laptops from 13 to 17.3 inches including Dell, HP, ASUS, Acer and MSI models.

How can I verify the eight 70mm fans are running at 3000 RPM and moving 79 CFM after setup?
