Adjustable bench power supply delivering 30 V at 10 A or 60 V at 5 A with dual 110 V and 220 V input, constant voltage and current modes, and memory recall
This NShi APS3010H is a bench-top adjustable DC power supply built for electronics development and repair. It delivers continuously variable output from 0 to 30 V at up to 10 A and from 0 to 60 V at up to 5 A. The unit suits students, hobbyists and professional electricians who need a compact lab source with precise encoder control.
A temperature-controlled fan provides cooling while keeping acoustic output low during normal operation. The supply accepts dual AC input at 110 V or 220 V and switches automatically between constant-voltage and constant-current modes. Built-in protections for over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and overload shut down the output and sound an alarm when a fault occurs.
Three front-panel buttons store and recall frequently used voltage and current settings, speeding up repetitive test routines. The LED display shows voltage, current and power simultaneously with high precision. Encoder adjustment with memory retention lets users set values accurately without re-entering parameters for each session.

Connect the AC input to either 110 V or 220 V mains, set the required 0-30 V / 0-10 A or 0-60 V / 0-5 A range, then press the memory button to store the preset; the step often missed is confirming the dual-voltage selector matches local mains before powering on.
The temperature-controlled fan is the only moving part; clean its intake periodically and replace the fan if bearing noise appears, while the protection circuits (OVP, OCP, OTP) are solid-state and require no scheduled replacement.
At 30 V 10 A or 60 V 5 A the thermal protection activates first; the fan speed rises and if internal temperature keeps climbing the unit shuts down with an alarm until it cools.
