US Backlit Keyboard for MSI Modern 14

This NShi MS-14B3 keyboard is a direct replacement part for the MSI Modern 14 A10RB, A10M and A10RAS models. It features a standard QWERTY layout and backlit keys for typing in low-light conditions. The unit is supplied new and carries a six-month manufacturer warranty. Buyers needing a different regional layout or a non-backlit variant should look elsewhere.

Sustained typing and thermal behaviour

As an input accessory, the keyboard does not generate heat or experience thermal throttling during extended use. Its fan-less construction means there are no moving parts to wear out or produce noise under continuous operation. Performance remains consistent whether typing for short bursts or long sessions.

Compatibility limits of the MS-14B3 part

This keyboard is engineered exclusively for the three listed Modern 14 chassis and will not fit other MSI series or third-party laptops. The ribbon connector and mounting points match only the MS-14B3 specification. Builders repairing a different model or upgrading to a larger form factor must source the correct part number for their device.

Questions about this item

How loud does the fan get when the MS-14B3 cooling pad runs all day?

The accessory uses a single fan to move air under the laptop; noise level depends on the surface and the workload you put on the MSI Modern 14.

What must I already own for this MS-14B3 keyboard to work?

It is built for the MSI Modern 14 A10RB, Modern 14 A10M or Modern 14 A10RAS; one of those exact models is required for fit and backlight function.

Will the MS-14B3 keyboard fit an older MSI Modern 14 chassis I already have?

The part matches the MS-14B3 layout used on the A10RB, A10M and A10RAS; earlier Modern 14 generations use a different keyboard frame.
