Hybrid Meeting Whiteboard Camera

The Whiteboard Owl Camera streams live whiteboard content alongside a 360° panoramic room view so remote participants can follow presentations in real time. It is designed for classrooms and conference rooms that already use a Meeting Owl 3 or Pro as the primary conference device. The camera makes the presenter appear transparent while boosting contrast and sharpening handwritten text for clearer visibility.

Requires Separate Meeting Owl Unit

This camera cannot operate on its own; it must be paired with a Meeting Owl 3 or Pro which is sold separately. It supports whiteboards up to 15x20 in size and mounts between 7-16 from the board surface. The system works with any dry erase markers and non-glass whiteboards, but glass surfaces are not compatible.

Flexible Mounting With Compatibility Limits

The unit can be wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted or placed on a tripod to suit larger meeting spaces. Setup is straightforward for rooms that already own the required Meeting Owl base station. Buyers who do not have a compatible Meeting Owl 3 or Pro will need to purchase that device first before this camera adds any value.
