HVAC condenser cleaner for maintenance crews

Nu-Calgon 4372-24 is an alkaline aqueous solution formulated for air-conditioner coil cleaning. The 32 oz liquid is NSF listed, non-flammable and biodegradable, making it suitable for commercial and residential service work where safety and environmental compliance matter.

Ready-to-use liquid that fits standard spray

The tan-coloured cleaner requires no dilution, so technicians can fill common pump sprayers directly and apply it to evaporator or condenser coils. Its non-flammable chemistry removes the need for hot-work permits, while the biodegradable formula simplifies runoff handling on rooftop or indoor units.

Low-hazard profile supports indoor and rooftop use

Non-flammable and biodegradable characteristics reduce fire risk and environmental impact during normal application. Compliance with ANSI Z 88.2, CAN/CSA-Z 94.4 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 indicates alignment with respiratory-protection and workplace-safety standards for routine coil-maintenance tasks.
