This 17.3 inch QHD IPS replacement screen fits HP OMEN 17-ck series laptops including the 17-ck0000, 17-ck1000 and 17-ck2000 ranges. It delivers a 2560 x 1440 resolution at 165 Hz through a 40 pin connector. The panel is non-touch and sold as the LCD only.

Verify your exact screen model before ordering

Match the numbers printed on the back of your original panel to the compatible series listed. Internal screen variants can differ even within the same laptop family. Disconnect the power adapter and battery cable before installation. Professional fitting is strongly recommended.

Replaces a damaged or lower-spec OMEN 17-ck display

Use this panel to swap a cracked screen or to move from a lower resolution or refresh rate panel to QHD 165 Hz. The upgrade is worthwhile when the laptop chassis and video cable support the higher specification. The package contains the screen only, not a complete laptop.

Questions about this item

Does the 40-pin QHD panel ship with any cables, brackets or tools, or is it just the bare screen?

The package contains the 17.3 inch LCD panel only. No video cable, mounting brackets, screws or installation tools are included.

My HP OMEN 17-ck1xxx has a 165 Hz 2560 x 1440 display — is this the exact replacement or are there multiple versions?

This panel matches the 17.3 inch QHD 165 Hz 40-pin specification used in the OMEN 17-ck0000, 17-ck1000 and 17-ck2000 series. Verify the part number on your original screen before ordering.

Once fitted, will the 165 Hz refresh rate and 2560 x 1440 resolution run automatically, or do I need a specific GPU or driver?

The hardware supports 165 Hz at 2560 x 1440 over its 40-pin interface. The laptop's GPU and display driver must also support that mode; most OMEN 17-ck models with this panel do.
