Compact 1.6 L air fryer for small kitchens

The NutriChef Willow Eco Series is a 1.6 L countertop fryer rated at 1200 W with a maximum temperature of 430°F. Its white finish and modest footprint suit apartments, dorms or anyone cooking for one to two people who want fried texture without a full-size appliance.

Glass basket and six presets simplify daily use

The non-toxic glass basket lets you watch food crisp in real time without pulling the drawer, while six preset modes and a keep-warm function handle common dishes automatically. The basket is dishwasher safe, so cleanup does not require hand scrubbing.

Plug in and cook with minimal setup

Place the unit on a heat-resistant surface, insert the basket and select a preset or manual temperature using the touchscreen. The only common issue is overfilling the 1.6 L basket, which blocks airflow and leads to uneven browning.
