Thermals noise and power

Toner cartridges do not generate heat, noise or power draw themselves; those characteristics belong to the printer. The cartridge simply supplies toner for the printing process inside the compatible Samsung Xpress devices.

Page yield and packaging

The cartridge delivers an approximate yield of 1000 pages and ships as a single pack. No additional accessories, chips or software are included in the box. Buyers who need colour output or higher-capacity cartridges will not be served by this model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the NXT-MLTD111S cartridge in a Samsung Xpress SL-M2020W and which step is often missed?

Open the front cover, pull the old cartridge straight out, remove the orange protective cover and sealing tape from the new NXT-MLTD111S, shake it gently five times, then slide it in until it clicks. Many users forget to pull the sealing tape completely.

What part will need replacement after the NXT-MLTD111S reaches its 1000-page yield?

The cartridge itself is the only replaceable supply. Once the 1000-page yield is reached, install a new NXT-MLTD111S toner cartridge. No separate drum or waste container is used in the Samsung Xpress SL-M2020 series.

What print-quality limit appears first when the NXT-MLTD111S is used for long, continuous jobs?

As the 1000-page yield nears, toner depletion causes fading or light streaks across the page. This gradual density drop is the first sign the cartridge must be replaced.
