Compatible cyan toner for Brother MFC-J491DW.

This NXT Premium PRMLC3013C cartridge replaces the Brother original for the listed MFC models. It is sold as a single cyan pack in new condition. Home offices and small businesses running these printers can use it for everyday colour documents.

Consistent output across extended print runs

The aftermarket formulation is designed to maintain colour density from the first page to the last in the pack. Users printing multi-page reports or marketing handouts will see steady cyan saturation without the fade that sometimes appears in short test bursts.

Drop-in fit with standard Brother cartridge

The moulded shell matches the OEM profile so it seats securely in the MFC-J491DW, J497DW and J690DW without forcing the latch. The chip contacts align with the printer's reader, allowing the device to recognise the cartridge and track remaining toner normally.

Questions about this item

Does the PRMLC3013C cyan toner generate extra heat or noise during long print runs?

The cartridge itself has no moving parts or electronics, so it adds no heat or noise beyond what the MFC-J491DW, MFC-J497DW or MFC-J690DW printers already produce.

Which printer models must I own for this cartridge to work?

It is designed as a direct replacement for Brother MFC-J491DW, MFC-J497DW and MFC-J690DW machines.

Will the PRMLC3013C work alongside the original black and colour cartridges already in my MFC-J497DW?

Yes, it installs in the cyan slot and operates with the remaining Brother cartridges without any compatibility issues.
