What you get

This pack contains 300 pre-cut parchment sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches and a silicone brush. The sheets are made from unbleached wood pulp and are free of added chemicals. They come in a brown finish and weigh 1.628 kilograms in total.

Ready to use

Each sheet is pre-cut to fit half-sheet pans so there is no tearing from a roll and no curling during heating. The non-stick coating lets food release cleanly and reduces the need for extra grease. Sheets are heat resistant up to 450 F (232 C) and are waterproof and tear-resistant.

Best for high-volume baking

Home bakers and small caterers who need a large supply of ready-to-use liners will appreciate the 300-count pack and included brush. Kitchens that prefer reusable silicone mats or only bake occasionally may find the quantity excessive.
