Diamond coffee bags — 60-piece set

This pack contains sixty black diamond-shaped pouches, each holding 4 oz or 110 g of coffee or other dry goods. The three-layer BOPP, PET aluminium foil and food-grade PE construction blocks light, odour and moisture to preserve freshness. A one-way degassing valve lets excess gas escape without letting air back in. The top must be heat-sealed on first use; a resealable zipper then allows repeated opening and closing.

Home roasters and small-batch producers

The bags suit anyone who roasts or portions coffee in 4 oz batches and can heat-seal the initial closure. They are not suited to buyers who need a completely seal-ready pouch without a heat sealer, nor to operations that require larger single-bag capacities. The rigid diamond profile also demands shelf space that matches the 7.1 in bottom width.

First-use heat-sealing requirement

Every pouch must be sealed with a heat-sealing machine before the zipper and valve become functional; the machine is not included. Without that step the barrier layer remains open and freshness cannot be maintained. Once sealed, the zipper provides ongoing resealable access.
