40 mm 24 V fan cooler

The OEM Industries 4015 D04R-24TM is a 40 mm square fan measuring 15 mm thick. It runs on 24 V at 0.06 A and connects through a three-pin header. The unit is sold new and contains the fan only, with no LED lighting.

Builders needing a compact 24 V cooler

This cooler suits systems that require a 40 mm frame and a 24 V three-pin power connection. It is not for builds that need a larger fan diameter, a different voltage, a four-pin PWM header or an integrated heatsink assembly.

24 V 0.06 A three-pin specification

The 24 V 0.06 A rating and three-pin connector are the single details that decide fitment. Verify that your board or controller supplies exactly 24 V and offers a matching three-pin header before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 40mm square frame with 15mm depth fit my case fan mount?

The fan measures 40mm across and 15mm thick, so it fits any standard 40mm mounting holes with enough clearance for the 15mm profile.

How do I connect the 3-pin lead to a 24V header without reversing polarity?

Align the keyed 3-pin connector with the 24V header tab; the .06A draw means it will not overload a standard fan header.

When should I plan to replace the sleeve-bearing NIDEC 4015 motor?

Expect several years of continuous 24V operation; replace when noise increases or RPM drops noticeably.
