A 70mm ball-bearing PWM case fan running at 12V with a .7A draw and four-pin control
This OEM Industries cooler ships as a single 70 mm frame with a 15 mm profile and a four-pin PWM connector. It runs on 12 V at 0.7 A and uses a ball-bearing motor rated for continuous operation. The unit is sold new and includes no heatsink or mounting hardware beyond the fan itself.
Builders working in slim enclosures or refreshing an aging 70 mm mount will fit this fan without modification. Systems that demand higher static pressure, larger frame sizes or a bundled heatsink should consider alternative cooling solutions. The 4-pin header also limits use on older three-pin-only controllers.
Four corner holes align with common 70 mm patterns so installation takes minutes with a Phillips driver. PWM control auto-negotiates speed curves once the header is seated. The only frequent issue is cable reach in deep chassis; a short extension cable solves it if the header sits far from the mount.

Yes, the fan uses a 4-pin PWM connector and requires a matching 4-pin header on the motherboard or fan controller for speed control and monitoring.
It can share a controller if the controller has separate 4-pin and 3-pin headers, but PWM speed control will only work on the 4-pin header; the 3-pin fans will run at full voltage unless the controller supports voltage control per channel.
Enter the BIOS or use a hardware monitoring utility and verify that the RPM reading for the connected header changes smoothly when the PWM duty cycle is adjusted, confirming the tachometer signal is active.
