Frameless sleeve-bearing fan runs on 12 V .18 A via a 2-pin connector for graphics-card cooling
The OEM Industries CF-12610M is a 12 V 0.18 A frameless fan with a 2-pin connector. It is built for graphics-card cooling and similar tight spaces where a standard frame would not fit. The sleeve bearing keeps the design simple and cost-effective.
This unit replaces larger framed coolers when clearance is the limiting factor. The jump is worth it when the mounting holes or shroud dimensions only accept a frameless body and a two-wire power lead. It does not suit builds that need PWM speed control or a third wire for monitoring.
The fan delivers modest airflow suited to low-heat components or supplemental spot cooling. It comfortably handles light thermal loads on memory modules or voltage-regulator zones. It runs out of capacity on modern high-TDP GPUs or CPUs that demand sustained high static pressure.

The frameless design means the CF-12610M relies on the host heatsink’s own screw holes or clips; no brackets or mounting hardware are included with the fan itself.
Plug the 2-pin connector onto the graphics card’s fan header matching the keyed orientation; the frequent error is forcing it on backwards, which leaves the fan unpowered.
Sleeve bearings typically last several years; plan to replace the fan when noise increases, rotation becomes uneven, or the fan stops spinning at the rated 12 V 0.18 A.
