OEM Industries CHB12012BS 120mm Fan

The OEM Industries CHB12012BS is a 120mm square cooling fan designed for CPU air cooling. It operates at 12V with a 0.26A current draw and uses a 2-wire connection. The unit features a hybrid bearing system combining one ball and one sleeve bearing in a black frame.

Suitable for builds needing a basic 120mm

This fan suits users replacing a 120mm cooler fan with a 2-wire header. It is not for builders who need PWM speed control via a 4-wire header. It is not for buyers who want RGB or LED lighting on the fan. It is not for systems requiring a heatsink assembly included with the fan.

2-wire 12V 0.26A power specification

The 2-wire 12V 0.26A power specification decides compatibility. The fan connects directly to a 2-wire motherboard header or adapter. Voltage control regulates speed instead of a PWM signal. Verify the header type and voltage before purchase.

Questions about this item

What voltage and current does the 2-wire fan draw?

The fan runs at 12 V and draws 0.26 A through its two-wire connection.

Will the 120 mm by 25 mm frame fit my case fan mounts?

The square frame measures 120 mm on each side and is 25 mm thick, matching standard 120 mm mounting holes.

How do I connect the two wires without a PWM header?

Plug the two-wire lead directly into a 12 V DC fan header or a Molex adapter; polarity must match the header keying.
