OEM Industries DF1204BA 40mm Ball Bearing CPU Cooler 12V 0.25A 9000 RPM

SKU CH-VKG5-WXYDD MPN DF1204BA

A 40 mm dual ball-bearing fan spins at 9000 RPM with a 3-pin connector for targeted CPU cooling

  • Fan size40 mm
  • Bearing designBall
  • Power input connector3 Pin
  • Product colorBlack
  • Product typeFan only
  • Dual ball bearing cuts friction for longer life
  • 9000 RPM moves more air through tight 40 mm frames
  • 12 V 0.25 A draws little power from the rail
  • Three-pin connector fits standard motherboard headers
  • 39 dBA noise level stays quiet under load

Compact 40mm Ball-Bearing Fan

The DF1204BA-3 is a 40 mm frame fan designed for direct CPU cooler replacement or tight chassis spots where a low-profile blower is required. It runs on 12 V at 0.25 A and spins at 9000 RPM with a double ball bearing for consistent speed over long duty cycles.

Suits builds needing a 3-pin 40 mm replacement

This unit fits motherboards or heatsinks that accept a three-pin 40 mm fan and can supply 12 V at the rated current. It is not for systems that require PWM speed control, larger frame sizes, or quieter operation below 39 dBA.

9000 RPM double ball bearing at 12 V

The single specification that decides fitment is the 9000 RPM speed combined with a double ball bearing on a 12 V 0.25 A three-pin connector; if the target header or mounting pattern demands a different voltage, pin count, or lower acoustic profile, this fan will not match.

Questions about this item

How loud is the DF1204BA when it runs at 9000 RPM all day?

The fan produces 39BA of noise at its rated speed of 9000 RPM with a 10% tolerance.

What power connector must my motherboard provide for this 12V 0.25A cooler?

A standard 3-pin fan header supplies the 12V and 0.25A the DF1204BA requires.

Will the 40mm x 40mm x 28mm frame fit beside my existing 4028-sized heatsink?

The cooler measures 40mm by 40mm by 28mm, matching the 4028 form factor for tight clearances.
