OEM Industries FS1280-S2153A 12V Fan

This OEM Industries FS1280-S2153A is a 12V 0.16A replacement fan for CPU air coolers. It suits technicians servicing existing heatsinks that use a three-wire 3-pin connector. The unit is a fan only, supplied without heatsink or mounting hardware.

Three-pin power connector installation

Installation requires matching the three-pin connector to a motherboard or controller header with the same pinout. The 2-tone colour helps identify the cable in a crowded chassis. Misaligned pins or a missing header are the typical fitment issues.

12V 0.16A electrical rating

The single specification that decides fit is the 12V 0.16A rating combined with the three-pin connector. Builders needing PWM control, higher airflow, or an integrated heatsink should select a different product.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the FS1280-S2153A is running correctly after connecting it to the 3-pin header?

The fan should spin smoothly once the 12 V supply is active; a steady 0.16 A draw and consistent airflow indicate normal operation.

What is included with the FS1280-S2153A and what must be sourced separately?

The package contains the 2-tone ARX fan with a 3-pin power connector; mounting screws, thermal paste and any adapter cables are not included.

Which version of the FS1280-S2153A should I select for a standard 12 V 3-pin CPU header?

The single listed model FS1280-S2153A operates at 12 V and 0.16 A with a 3-pin connector, matching that header directly.
