A 50 mm maglev blower fan running at 12 V and 1.1 W with a 3-pin connector
The OEM Industries GB1205PKV3-8AY is a 50 mm blower-style fan built around a maglev bearing for low friction and long service life. It draws 1.1 W at 12 V through a standard three-pin connector, making it a direct drop-in for projector, printer or small-form-factor CPU cooler housings that require focused airflow.
Maglev suspension reduces mechanical contact, so the impeller spins with minimal vibration and consistent speed under normal load. The blower layout channels air through a 20 mm thick frame, delivering directed cooling where ducting space is tight while keeping audible noise low during typical operation.
A three-wire lead supplies power, ground and a tachometer signal so the host system can monitor fan speed in real time. No PWM wire is present, so speed control relies on voltage adjustment rather than duty-cycle signalling, which suits legacy headers and simple thermal controllers.

Align the three pins with the motherboard or controller header, noting the keyed tab that prevents reverse insertion; the fan draws 1.1 W at 12 V so the header must supply that voltage.
The magnetic-levitation bearing has no physical contact surfaces, so no lubrication or cleaning schedule is needed; dust can be cleared with low-pressure air if airflow drops.
The fan is rated for 1.1 W continuous draw at 12 V; if the supply voltage sags or the header cannot deliver the full current, speed and airflow will drop first.
