60 mm ball-bearing fan delivers 12 V cooling for compact CPU heatsinks
The OEM Industries MGT6012HB-A25 is a 60 mm square frame fan designed to mount directly on a low-profile heatsink or in a confined chassis. It runs on 12 V and draws 0.17 A through a standard three-pin connector. The ball bearing and black finish suit small-form-factor desktops and embedded boards where space is at a premium.
No heatsink, mounting hardware or thermal compound is included in the box. The 3-wire lead provides power and tachometer feedback but no PWM control, so speed is regulated by voltage. Builders must pair the 6025 frame with a compatible sink and verify that the motherboard header can drive a 0.17 A load.
Four corner holes accept standard M3 screws for direct heatsink attachment. The three-pin plug fits any 12 V header, yet the lack of a fourth PWM wire means some modern boards will report a CPU fan error unless the header is set to voltage mode. Clearance around the 25 mm thick frame should be checked before installation.

Ball bearings typically run for tens of thousands of hours; expect several years of continuous operation before any bearing service is required.
The 0.17 A current draw at 12 V defines the steady-state thermal ceiling; the small 60 mm frame and airflow must shed that heat continuously.
With no LED and a ball bearing, the unit runs quietly at low RPM; the 12 V 0.17 A draw means modest heat output even during extended use.
